A 67-year-old Minneapolis man has been charged in connection with his girlfriend’s murder.
Scott W. Carlson faces one count of second-degree murder.
First responders were called to an apartment on Portland Avenue South on Dec. 1 after a 911 caller, identified as Carlson, said that his girlfriend wasn’t waking up and was covered in blood, according to a criminal complaint. EMS personnel determined that the victim was in rigor mortis and had been deceased for “a period of time” before authorities got to the apartment. She has not been publicly identified at this time…
