MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (KTTC) – On Friday, the Minnesota State Patrol issued a dispersal order for protestors near the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building in Minneapolis.
Protestors and demonstrators have been gathered near the building for several days, following rising tensions between local residents and federal ICE agents.
