Hundreds mourn Alex Pretti in Golden Valley

Candles, songs and speeches were held outdoors in subzero temperatures as a vigil took place under the pavilion Jan. 24 at Brookview in Golden Valley.

Hundreds gathered in the first-ring suburb that night to look their neighbors in the eye and say, “You are not alone.”
