The owner of a legendary Minneapolis barbecue restaurant has died by suicide.
An online obituary details 41-year-old Anthony Mark Polski died at his Minneapolis home on January 17.
After attending college at the University of Minnesota, Polski went on to become the owner of The Market Bar-B-Que, “where his energy, creativity and love for food and people were on full display.”…
