ST PAUL, Minn. — A Minneapolis man was charged with murder after prosecutors said he opened fire inside a parked vehicle, killing another man in St. Paul.
The criminal complaint filed in Ramsey County accuses 29-year-old Eithan Green of second-degree murder and illegal possession of a firearm, stemming from the fatal Feb. 2 shooting of 23-year-old Dan Turner near Oneida and Superior Streets.
St. Paul police initially said officers were en route to the scene around 10 p.m., after receiving reports about shots being fired in the area.
