Driver Charged in Minneapolis Crash That Left Pedestrian Critical

A pedestrian suffered critical injuries after a driver allegedly ran onto a sidewalk and struck him near a light rail station in Minneapolis early Friday.

The crash happened around 1:30 a.m. Feb. 6 on the 1800 block of Franklin Avenue East.
