‘Agitators’ damaging property, throwing ‘ice chunks’ outside Whipple Building, sheriff’s office says

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (KTTC) – The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office says “agitators” are damaging property outside the Whipple Building in Minneapolis, and Deputies are currently at the scene in an attempt to “maintain public safety.”

Many individuals are reportedly protesting peacefully, however, the sheriff’s office says “agitators” are engaging in “unlawful behavior,” including the damaging of property.

This resulted in a Deputy being struck in the head and a squad vehicle windshield being broken, with the sheriff’s office stating this was “not the first time” that its vehicles were damaged at this location…
