“The charges against the man shot by a federal agent on Jan. 14 in north Minneapolis will soon be dismissed,” according to KARE 11. “In a motion filed Wednesday, Minnesota U.S. Attorney Daniel Rosen urged the court to dismiss with prejudice the complaint against Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis and Alfredo Alejandro Aljorna, saying that newly discovered evidence wasn’t consistent with the allegations.”
