After more than 20 years at Hubbard Broadcasting talk “myTalk 107.1” KTMY Minneapolis, Alexis Thompson is leaving the station after Hubbard chose not to renew her contract.
According to a report by Bring Me The News, the news was announced Tuesday during the morning broadcast by her longtime co-host, Jason Matheson. Thompson and Matheson have co-hosted the “Jason & Alexis” show in the 6-9am time slot and have worked together since 2006. The pair first hosted “The Saturday Night Groove” before moving to a weekday program and later being promoted to the morning drive slot in 2013.
