A Minneapolis man is charged with felony domestic assault after police say he threatened to burn down an apartment building in Eden Prairie and sent images of firearms to a woman, according to a criminal complaint filed in Hennepin County District Court.
Demetrius Larkins Jr., 24, is accused of sending the messages Feb. 3 to a woman at an apartment on the 12000 block of Technology Drive, the complaint states. The woman told police Larkins, her ex-boyfriend, made the threats and sent her photos and video of firearms.
Officers later found Larkins in a nearby parking garage and took him into custody, the complaint says. He allegedly resisted arrest and damaged an interior camera in a squad vehicle while being transported to jail…
