FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A North Dakota woman faces federal drug charges for allegedly running a methamphetamine distribution operation that spanned nearly a decade.
Esther Marlene Decoteau, also known as Esther Perdomo, was indicted Feb. 11 in U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota on charges of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute.
According to the indictment, Decoteau allegedly conspired with others to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine from around 2015 until Oct. 25, 2025.
