Ryan Schwank says he joined ICE on Aug. 1, 2021, as an assistant chief counsel, where he says he worked side-by-side with ICE officers until his resignation on Feb. 13, 2026.
“For the last five months, I watched ICE dismantle the training program, cutting 240 hours of vital classes from a 584-hour program.
