Part of Interstate 94 is closed in the northwest Twin Cities and dozens of crashes are being reported after a bout of freezing rain on Tuesday morning.
Minnesota Department of Transportation’s 511 site is showing a partial closure where I-94 and I-494 meets in Maple Grove after a semi-trailer jackknifed.
