Woman Charged in Stabbing on Minneapolis Metro Transit Bus

A woman is facing a felony charge after prosecutors say she stabbed a man on a Metro Transit bus in Minneapolis, leaving him with substantial injuries.

The incident happened just after 1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 23, when officers were called to Hennepin County Medical Center after a man arrived seeking treatment for a stabbing that investigators say occurred on a bus along Chicago Avenue.
