HOPKINS, Minn. (CBS) — A semi driver who was stopped for driving the wrong way on an interstate in Missouri is calling into question how Minnesota issues licenses to truck drivers.
The Minnesota trucker was stopped by state troopers after he crossed the median to go the right direction.
