A Minneapolis man has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for trafficking and sexually assaulting two people, including a 14-year-old girl.
On Friday, Billy Ray Wiley, 52, was sentenced to 480 months in prison in Washington County District Court. He was previously convicted of two counts of sex trafficking and one count of first- and third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
