GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — KARE 11 was recently recognized by the National Press Photographers Association (NPPA) as the 2026 Large Market Station of the Year.
It’s the 11th time KARE 11 has been awarded this honor.
Chief Photojournalist Chad Nelson was named the Eric Crisp Photojournalist of the Year and Editor of the Year. Fellow KARE 11 photojournalist Devin Krinke was the runner-up for Editor of the Year and an honorable mention in the Photojournalist of the Year category…
