Maple Grove’s latest outlot just landed a familiar blue-and-white tenant, as city officials and local business leaders cut the ribbon Monday on a new Culver’s at the Markets at Rush Creek. The celebration marked the fast-casual chain’s second restaurant in town and another piece of the growing southwest Maple Grove retail cluster.
