Inti Brings Tibetan-Indian Flavors To Nicollet

Nicollet Avenue is getting a fresh hit of heat. A new Tibetan- and Indian-focused restaurant called Inti Kitchen & Bar is set to move into the former Revival building on Nicollet Avenue in south Minneapolis, with owners aiming for a May 2026 opening. The sale gives the busy Nicollet corridor another replacement tenant and brings Himalayan flavors back to a high-profile storefront.

According to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, the property at 4537 Nicollet Ave S was sold to the backers of Inti, which the outlet describes as a spiritual successor to Minneapolis’s Tibet Kitchen & Bar. The publication reports that the concept is slated to open in May 2026 in the space formerly occupied by Revival.

What Inti Will Serve

The menu on Inti’s website mixes Tibetan staples like momos and thenthuk with Indian curries and tandoori-style dishes. The team plans to offer dine-in and takeout service and frames the restaurant as Himalayan-plus-Indian fare for the neighborhood.
