MINNEAPOLIS — At the former Future Leaders Early Learning Center at 36th and Chicago Avenue in Minneapolis, the signage is strewn in the playground.
But last year, there was no daycare in the entire state of Minnesota that received as much Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) money as Future Leaders — $3.7 million, according to state data collected by KARE 11, totalling $10.2 million over the last four years.
