Charges: Suspect shot, killed man who interrupted car theft

A man has been charged in connection with the murder of 46-year-old Roger William Martin in October.

Carmello Cruz Lynn, 21, faces two counts of second-degree murder and one count of first-degree aggravated robbery. He is scheduled to make his first court appearance on Wednesday afternoon.
