Minneapolis, Minnesota – Drivers across Minnesota and western Wisconsin could see rapidly deteriorating travel conditions by Sunday evening as a strengthening Midwest winter storm spreads into the region, bringing snowfall rates approaching 1 inch per hour and wind gusts up to 50 mph that may create near-whiteout conditions.
