With a winter storm and strong winds moving in, Minnesotans are racing to grab last‑minute supplies, and experts say one of the most important safety steps may be at home, not just on the roads.
At Frattallone’s Hardware on Grand Avenue in St. Paul, shoppers filtered in Thursday to stock up before the snow.
