Prosecutors charged a man after a woman told police he choked her unconscious and threatened to kill her in White Bear Lake.
The incident happened around 1:00 a.m. Saturday, March 14, at a home on the 1900 block of Eugene Street.
According to the criminal complaint, officers were dispatched after a 911 call in which a woman told dispatch, “Please don’t call back just send emergency services,” before hanging up. When officers arrived, the woman ran toward them and said, “He choked me” and “he choked me out until I (expletive) stopped breathing.”…
