The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help to help crack a 40-year-old homicide investigation that has gone cold.
The Sheriff’s Office is asking for help regarding the suspected homicide of Dennis Jan Prochaska, who was found dead at a Fridley construction site in 1986.
