FRIDLEY, Minn — On March 21, 1986, Dennis Jan Prochaska’s body was discovered in a shallow grave in Fridley. Authorities are still trying to find out who killed him.
According to the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office, Prochaska’s was found at a construction site with his wrists bound and a ligature around his neck.
It’s believed he died the fall before. Officials said he was last seen alive on October 23, 1985. There have been people of interest over the years and even arrests, but the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office says no charges were ever filed…
