Mother Dough Bakery is preparing to open a new flagship bakery, patisserie, and café.
The company has announced plans to open the new hub on April 6 in the skyway of the recently renovated U.S. Bancorp Building on Nicollet Mall, where Mother Dough already has a first-floor storefront.
The new downtown Minneapolis hub will serve as a commissary kitchen for all Mother Dough locations, according to an announcement.
