Mall of America is about to get a little more grown up in the dessert department. Cotton & Snow, a Nashville-based chain known for vodka-spiked shaved ice and milkshake cocktails, is headed to the Bloomington mega-mall with a menu of boozy treats that sounds more like a bar list than a snow cone stand. Think spiked cotton-candy shaves, boozy milkshakes, and drunken gummy “Boozy Bears” all tucked into the mall’s sweets lineup. Mall listings currently tag the shop as “Opening Soon,” but a specific debut date has not yet been posted.
