The hospitality group behind Southern Social and other Twin Cities restaurants will debut its latest venture, Copper & Rye, in Eagan.
Trellis Hospitality announced the new kitchen and bar will open in May in the Viking Lakes development, bringing a focus on “elevated comfort food” and cocktails.
“We set out to build a place that’s comfortable, but done well.
