A Northeast Minneapolis bar is temporarily closed on Monday after a pickup driver smashed through one of its front windows.
Stanley’s Northeast Bar Room shared pictures of the wreckage at the restaurant/bar at 2500 University Ave. NE. Monday morning, showing a red Chevy Silverado struck the window to the right of one of the entrances.
The impact left debris strewn at one end of the business’ bar room, including smashed glass and remnants of the wall.
Despite this, Stanley’s says its closure will only be temporary, and it should be ready to reopen by 3 p.m. Monday…
