The new location of a fan-favorite pizza and cheesesteak restaurant was vandalized this week.
Twin Cities chain Tono’s Pizzeria and Cheesesteaks, known for its “Buy One, Get One” Tuesday offer on pizzas, reported that someone threw a brick through the window of its North Loop location on Monday evening.
The restaurant, located in the former Bev’s Wine Bar space at 250 N. Third Ave. near Target Field, is actively under construction and has yet to open its doors.
“While disappointing, especially this close to opening, we remain steadfast in bringing Tono to life in the area as soon as possible,” the chain writes…
