Three vehicles left a car meetup in south St. Paul bound for another gathering in Eagan. A Jeep, Honda Accord, and Dodge Durango pushed through traffic on Highway 149 toward Highway 55. Surveillance footage captured the cars weaving aggressively in a zone limited to 45 mph.
