Brooklyn Park’s Tactical Response Unit executed what police called a high‑risk search warrant at a home in the 3900 block of Brookdale Drive on Wednesday, detaining several residents and arresting one juvenile female, according to the department. Officers cleared the inside of the home, then turned the scene over to detectives to process the property as the investigation continues.
Police account of the raid
In a Facebook post, the Brooklyn Park Police Department said officers serving the Brookdale Drive warrant detained one adult male, two adult females, two juvenile females and two juvenile males. Detectives had requested the high‑risk warrant as part of an ongoing investigation, according to the post.
The department said the Tactical Response Unit went in first, cleared the interior, then handed the scene over to detectives to search and collect evidence. Police added that one of the detained juvenile females was arrested at the scene.
Why the tactical team was used
