A semi-trailer rollover crash caused the closure of a highway ramp in the southern Twin Cities Thursday evening.
The Bloomington Fire Department says the crash happened on the ramp from southbound Highway 169 to eastbound Interstate 494.
Based on pictures from the scene, conditions appeared to be slick after periods of heavy rain in the Twin Cities throughout Thursday afternoon.
The fire department says that the vehicle was “leaking fluids” following the crash, but nobody was injured…
