A fourth arrest has been made in the fatal shooting of a 22-year-old man at an Edina apartment building, prompting lockdowns in the busy area surrounding Southdale Center on Wednesday afternoon.
Family members have identified the victim as John Stroud, who’s described in a GoFundMe as “an amazing person with a beautiful soul who could light up any room he walked into.”
“He was generous, kind, and loving, always knowing how to cheer someone up when they were having a hard time,” the fundraiser reads. “Even on his own difficult days, John managed to smile through his pain and never let it affect how he treated others.”…
