Mainly Dry Sunday in the day then Rain and T-Storms likely Sunday evening and even some Strong T-Storms possible on Monday.

A Cold Front is stalled over the Midwest this Saturday evening from northeast Minnesota through the Twin Cities and into eastern Nebraska. Areas just north and west of the Twin Cities will be Much Cooler and have longer periods of Rain from Tonight through Sunday into Monday with some +2″ Rain Amounts in the St.Cloud and Brainerd areas while Rainfall from the Twin Cities Tonight through the daylight hours of Sunday will be light amounts. The Cold Front will remain stalled Sunday then start moving back to the west as a Warm Front Sunday evening which will cause Widespread Rain and T-Storms Sunday night over Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa including the Twin Cities.

Low Pressure ( rising counter clockwise circulating air ) will develop along the Warm Front on Monday west of the Twin Cities. This Low Pressure Area will move east Monday afternoon across central Minnesota and could produce Strong T-Storms with Heavy Rain, Hail and Damaging Winds along with a small Tornado Threat Monday between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. from the Twin Cities and southeast toward Rochester/Winona/La Crosse,WI./Dubuque,IA. and east toward Eau Claire,WI. with a higher Tornado Risk Monday afternoon in eastern Iowa, Illinois and Missouri…
