After signing a new 20-year lease at its Northeast Minneapolis taproom, Indeed Brewing is making some changes.
The brewery will expand its patio across the parking lot next to its space in the Solar Arts Building. It’ll be an incremental rollout, chief business officer Ryan Bandy tells Bring Me The News. Eventually, Indeed plans to add permanent structures, including an open shipping container with windows and seats.
The patio extension will add around 100 seats, according to public documents. The current patio accommodates around 188 patrons during the warmer months…
