Best Buy laptop theft leads to felony charge

A Rochester man has been charged with felony theft after authorities say he walked out of an Eden Prairie Best Buy with a display laptop valued at nearly $2,700.

Jesse James Devlaeminck, 47, was charged May 11 in Hennepin County District Court. An omnibus hearing is scheduled for May 28.
