Man arrested for skipping court after he allegedly posed as a White Bear Lakes High School student

WHITE BEAR LAKE, Minn. — Kelvin Luebke was arrested and released on Monday for skipping court, where he is charged with forging documents to attend White Bear Lake Area High School.

Luebke, 22, allegedly enrolled at the school claiming to be an unhoused 17-year-old with a foreign birth certificate. He attended classes for 19 days before police pulled him over for speeding and arrested him on outstanding warrants.

Police said someone recognized Luebke’s mugshot and raised a red flag as he was attending high school under a different name and age…
