KARE 11 has appointed John Zeigler as its new chief meteorologist following the retirement of Belinda Jensen.
The news broke Tuesday morning, with Zeigler congratulated on KARE 11 Sunrise by co-hosts Alicia Lewis and Jason Hackett, and his promotion announced via a video message from Jensen.
