MINNEAPOLIS — A federal grand jury has indicted two men who allegedly defrauded a Medicaid-funded Minnesota housing program, receiving more than $3.6 million in fraudulent payments.
Muhammad Abdulqadir Omar and Ibrahim Bashir Abdi face charges of conspiracy to commit health care fraud and additional counts of health care fraud for filing false claims. According to court documents, the two men jointly owned North Home Health Care LLC, while Omar separately owned South Home Health Care LLC.
