MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Mobile police investigators have arrested two people in connection with the O’Donnell Street homicide earlier this month.
Police said a juvenile suspect was arrested and taken to Mobile County Metro Jail. In addition, 18-year-old Terrance Withers was arrested and booked into Metro Jail.
Both are charged with murder in the May 18 killing of Daniel Franklin, 20.
