MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – About 15,000 customers are currently without power across the area, including roughly 10,000 outages in Mobile County, according to an update from crews working to restore service.
The remaining outages are scattered across Baldwin, Escambia and Clarke counties.
Officials say damage assessments are ongoing and crews are working in areas where it is safe to do so. Restoration work is expected to continue through this evening, with additional crews en route to Mobile to help…
