Baldwin County campers remain displaced after Styx River floods RV park

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. — As the remnants of Tropical Storm Arthur pass through the Gulf Coast, much of Baldwin County was under a flash flood warning Friday.

Twelve inches of rain pounded Loxley and Robertsdale, forcing many people in low-lying areas to evacuate.
