GULF SHORES, Ala. (WKRG) — A Baldwin County couple can weather the hot summer months without a worry due to a local company’s kindness.

Roberts Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical sent a technician to the Gulf Shores home of Vietnam War veteran Eddy Tierce and his wife, Bonnie, who had gone nearly two weeks without air conditioning because of a failed blower motor.

The technician discussed financing options for the couple, but they would not have qualified, according to a company spokesperson.

“Unsure of how they would manage the repair, the Tierces were preparing to continue without air conditioning until they could save enough money to replace the part,” the spokesperson said…
