LOXLEY, Ala. (NBC 15) — A new geothermal energy manufacturing operation is coming to Baldwin County.
Kaishan USA unveiled Terravanta Power Systems on Thursday during a groundbreaking ceremony for a new manufacturing facility in Loxley. The company says the project will create a U.S.-based manufacturing platform aimed at supporting the growing geothermal energy sector.
Terravanta plans to invest $74.5 million in a 200,000-square-foot manufacturing and assembly facility. The project is expected to create 63 new jobs…
