MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A retired judge will attempt to help Prichard Mayor Carletta Davis and the City Council resolve their differences out of court.
Mobile County Circuit Judge Jill Phillips has agreed to the mayor’s request to order mediation and has appointed former Mobile County Circuit Judge John Lockett to lead those negotiations.
