BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — With temperatures reaching dangerous levels, Baldwin County is opening a cooling center in Foley for anyone who needs it, according to the Baldwin County Commission.

The center will be open Monday and Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Parish Hall, 506 North Pine Street in Foley.
The church’s regular community meal will be served Monday from 5-8 p.m. for anyone in need. Water and light snacks will be available during cooling center hours and pets are welcome as long as they remain in their owner’s control.
Those visiting the cooling center are encouraged to bring personal comfort items, however, overnight accommodations will not be available…
