MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – With his sentencing date approaching, convicted drug “kingpin” Glennie Antonio “Little Man” McGee is asking for a new trial, for some charges to be dismissed and for sanctions against prosecutors for what he calls “misconduct.”
In separate filings, McGee – who is acting as his own attorney – focuses on two main points. He contends prosecutors failed to disclose GPS location data that he says may have helped his defense. And he contends that prosecutors made “materially false or misleading representations” about supposed video surveillance to get a search warrant.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office has not yet responded…
