MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Dick Russell’s Bar-B-Q, a Mobile restaurant that spent 45 years serving the community, is holding an estate sale spanning two days ahead of its permanent closure.
Earlier today, the now-closed restaurant sold kitchen equipment and small wares to local restaurant owners and managers.
The public estate sale is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 1, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dick Russell’s said if an item can be removed, it can be sold — including light fixtures, signs, outdoor benches and the restaurant’s wooden statue bear…
